WHERE WE WORK

Each year, Unity Care proudly serves 500+ clients from foster care who are at risk of homelessness across six counties in Northern California. We partner with county and city agencies to ensure community members impacted by poverty and foster care can have access to the critical services that make a difference in their lives.
