We purchase Unity Place Apartments in San Jose, offering shared apartment living to up to twenty South Bay young adults aging out of foster care.

2009

Unity Care enters Monterey County to ensure young adults on the Central Coast have access to the services that prevent homelessness and help them thrive.

We expand operations to Placer County, partnering with Placer County Social Services to serve twenty 18-21-year-old young adults from foster care.

2018

We host the first of many Youth Live Galas, an annual opportunity to celebrate the young people we serve and the incredible individuals who champion our cause.
