PropelNext Data-Driven Improvements
Unity Care is honored to have been selected as a 2021 grantee cohort of PropelNext. The Edna McConnell Clark Foundation (EMCF) launched PropelNext in 2012 to assist promising non-profits in strengthening their capacity to use data for learning, self-evaluation and ongoing improvements. Our work with PropelNext has helped us hone and enhance our client services using data-driven decision-making.
Unity Care is grateful to EMCF and PropelNext co-investors the Heising-Simons Foundation and the Sobrato Family Foundation, who support our work with this initiative.
