As Director of Administrative Services, Kathleen is responsible for leadership and oversight of administrative functions including Administrative Support, IT, Facilities, Fleet Management, Billing, Quality Management, and Contract Management.
Kathleen brings extensive experience working with children and families. She worked for the YMCA of San Diego County for 24 years, the last 18 in senior management positions. Kathleen excels at providing support for staff at all levels to develop and achieve professional goals that benefit the employee and the agency. She was an active member of the YMCA Cultural Diversity Champions and is actively engaged in creating a workplace that emphasizes respect, honesty, caring and responsibility.
Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and her Masters in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University.
