Unity Care receives group home renovations through funds provided by Christmas in April and develops a long-term relationship with Shea Homes and Charles Shea IV. Our Foster Family Agency (FFA) is launched to provide therapeutic foster homes (ages 0-17).
Unity Care receives its first grant – $10,500 from the Silicon Valley Community Foundation – for its Youth After-School Leadership program (YAL).
