Affordable Housing: Unity Place I and Unity Place II

Unity Place I and Unity Place II provides affordable housing for extremely-low income families.  An on-site property manager connects families to community services. Additional supportive services are available to families who qualify, such as case management, individual/family therapy, parenting support/classes and other services as needed.

 

  • Unity Place I is a 12-Unit (2-Bedroom, 1-Bath) apartment complex located in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose.
  • Unity Place II is a beautiful renovated 8-Unit (2-Bedroom, 1-Bath) apartment complex located 109 and 115 Roundtable Avenue in south San Jose. The complex also features green technology to promote environmental sustainability.

 

Family Qualifications:

Former Foster Youth who have families of their own are the primary populations served in this program. Secondary populations served are homeless, female head of household and persons with disabilities.   Tenants must qualify under extremely low-income (ELI) and must maintain a source of income.
