What We DoServices Housing Services

Housing Services

  • Transitional Housing Placement Plus (THP-Plus)
A safe and healthy home environment for young adults, ages 18-24, who are required to leave foster care because they reach legal adulthood and as a result become homeless.
  • Transitional Housing Placement Program (THPP)
Unity Care's Transitional Housing Placement Program (THPP) is a transitional housing placement opportunity for current foster and probation youth, ages 16 to 18. The goal of the program is to arm youth with the necessary life skills to live independently upon exiting the child welfare system.
  • Residential Treatment Homes
(Level 12) provide a nurturing home environment that represents a healthy neighborhood household. Our homes are located in vibrant middle-class communities to ensure a welcome and safe environment.
  • Affordable Housing: Unity Place I and Unity Place II
Unity Place I and Unity Place II provides affordable housing for extremely-low income families. An on-site property manager connects families to community services. Additional supportive services are available to families who qualify, such as case management, individual/family therapy, parenting support/classes and other services as needed.
