Unity Care Group, Inc. is a strengths-based, family-focused, and culturally proficient youth and family development agency. Unity Care’s mission is to “provide quality youth and family programs for the purpose of creating healthier communities through lifelong partnerships”. Our foundation and values reflect the democratic principles of justice and equality, and are based upon a core belief that to be effective and efficient agents of change, collectively, Unity Care must mirror those communities we serve by promoting common welfare, by continuous development of outreach and community engagement strategies, and creating a greater sense of unity among communities of color.
