What We Do

Unity Care's programs serve youth and families throughout Santa Clara, Monterey, Placer, and extended San Francisco Bay Area counties.  We focus on each child as an individual, and offer a full range of services that empower young people and provide the security and support they need to flourish in society.

Our programs focus on helping at-risk youth and emancipating/emancipated foster youth by addressing their personal, social, and family problems in a residential and/or community setting. Unity Care challenges the impact of drugs, gangs and other self-destructive activities through education, self-management, interpersonal skill building, and the opportunity to regularly interact with a variety of positive role models.
