Community Clinic

The Community Clinic is able to provide mental health services in a variety of settings such as: residential facilities, schools or other community venues. Unity Care’s Community Clinic staff’s primary goals are to assist youth as they progress towards greater independence and develop adult life skills, which will enable the youth to live within the community in less restrictive environments.

Service activities include

• Individual, Group and/or Family Therapy
• Case Management
• Assessment and Integrated Planning
• Crisis Intervention
• Psychiatric Evaluation
